o Women's shelters have to be accessible day and night. Women and their children are admitted at all hours.
o Shelters offer: counseling, and support for finances, legal, medical, and psychological/social problems.
o Offers help with looking for a flat or job and dealing with the authorities, and leisure activities.
· Every German providence has counseling centers for women that offer support/advice and helplines.

ReplyDeleteI am an Indian student studying in Berlin, I live in student hostel in Berlin, from my college my two male friends are also in the same hostel and we visit each other's place often, however on 23rd March evening, when I visited them in Vinay's place, after some time the first person (Vinay) shouted the other (Sagar) to beat the me with slippers and the other person (Sagar) actually does that, while the first person laughs and gives the other person other materials such as socks, neck strap to tie the girl’s hands, leg and to torture me.
Even after that, when I didn’t break down, then the second guy (Sagar) takes the girls mobile from the floor and hits on my head and asks the first guy to bring knife from the kitchen.
Not only this, but after all these the second guy asked me with male chauvinism if I was ever beaten up before with the slippers and also adds that the I can’t tell this story to anyone because it is the shame for the girls to be beaten up by slippers. The moron told this to the girl with proudly and the next day, even threatened me that he (Sagar) can break her bones and can even kill me.
They are very proud of what they have done, that they have already started telling this story to others with additional rumors against me.
Please do something for it.
